Oneness Achdut  אחדות	We value oneness with the Divine, our unity as a Jewish community, and our connection with the Jewish people.
Inclusion Haklalah הכללה	We are committed to a progressive and egalitarian view and practice of Judaism. We are a Jewish community open to all regardless of belief, orientation or background, welcoming those in the LGBTIQ community, interfaith families, non-Jews, and those exploring Judaism.
Nourishment Hazana  הזנה	We value a culture of compassion toward ourselves and each other, engaging in inspired prayer, encouraging generosity of spirit balanced with accountability, and delighting in the unique gifts of each person. We foster a safe and supportive environment for personal growth and nurture a spirit of joy.
Generation to Generation L’dor Vador  לדרודר	We endeavor to keep Jewishness alive from generation to generation by strengthening our connection to Judaism through lifecycle and holiday ritual and celebrations and diverse educational opportunities for all ages and abilities.
Israel Yisrael  ישראל	We value the State of Israel as the Biblical and historic home of the Jewish people. We support Israel’s development as a democratic, pluralistic nation, with commitment to the human rights of all its residents.
Repair of the World Tikkun Olam  תקון עולם	We believe in repairing the world through acts of loving-kindness and through responsible earth stewardship. We value actions that uphold the health of our planet, caring for the miracle of creation of which we are a part. Through tzedakah, we will contribute to the welfare, security and religious freedom of our community, our country and the world.
